Returns	Because of marcos items are handmade product, only-one item, no deterioration, and defect-free new goods, we can not be accept returns after the product delivery.
Cancellation of order	if not completed payment. And If you contact us within 48 hours after the order enables cancellation. In the case of cancellation by credit card pre-payment, we ask you to pay 5% of the order total amount. In the case of cancellation of the bank transfer has been, we ask you to pay 1,080JPY for Refund fee. Please note we can not accept cancellation after 72 hours of your order.
Delivery	The product ships around one month after the settlement payment is confirmed (Except Watch Bracelet).　Please understand fluctuations in the busy season. (We announce to customoer if in fluctuations.)
